French Tea Cakes Class with Deborah- Madeleines, Financiers, and Diamants

Cuisine and Baking classes can be held “chez vous” for a minumum of 8 and maximum of 12 at an additional cost. Lunch & dinner menus, French baking classes, and desserts are all available and designed especially for you. Course prices are per person depending on program and menu.

Flammekueche (Tarte flambée) and Fondant au chocolat (Chocolate Fondant Cake) ~ A Culinary Class & Demonstration

Alsatian flammekueche is a French flatbread pizza and was my favorite discovery at Le Cordon Bleu. Learn how to make this quick and easy pizza with cheese, onion, and bacon, followed by another favorite of mine, the Fondant au chocolate. After the culinary demonstration, lunch will be served. The Croque Monsieur is a delicious French ham and cheese sandwich made with Gruyère, Parmesan, Ham, Dijon mustard, and an easy Béchamel sauce, toasted in the oven.
Served with a small cup of Fresh Tomato Velouté and you have the perfect Parisian meal! Don't forget dessert! Soufflé au chocolat!
